Gender-sensitive participatory analysis of local conflict management structures in Northern Mali (Gao)

This consultancy is part of the SICCOM project initiation phase, its purpose is to provide a detailed understanding of local conflict management structures and the context in which they operate.  During said analysis, the collected evidence is going to be used for the project activities design in particular to:

- Identify local conflict management structures with which the project can collaborate (formal and/or informal structures);

- Develop criteria to prioritize the people who must be included and supported to integrate the local conflict management structures ;

Design the capacity building activities whose purpose will be to remove the barriers contributing to the exclusion of specific groups.
