Final evaluation of phase II of the Security Governance Strengthening in Northern and Centre Mali Programme

The programme, subject to this evaluation, is implemented by the NGO International Alert since November 2016 in the regions of Mopti, Ségou and Timbuktu in Mali. The programme entitled "Security Governance in Northern and Center Mali" is funded by the Canadian government through its Peace and Stabilization Operations Program (PSOP).  The purpose of this programme is to address the more and more fragile relationship between the citizens and the State because of chronic institutional corruption which exacerbate the preexisting conflicts, the rise of violence on one hand and the relation of these conflicts with natural resources access and control on the other hand.
