Joint Needs Assessment of the Joint Response program in the Central African Republic

CARJR4 is the fourth joint response in CAR developed by six partners in the consortium following a workshop for the development joint proposal in Bangui in 2017. The involved partners are ICCO&KIA/ACT Alliance, Plan International, SOS CV, SV-IRC, World Vision, and Finn Church. These joint responses suggest working in two prefectures, Ouham and Ouham-Pende. Both prefectures needs emergency humanitarian aid in the protection, WASH and food security sectors, they also require the identification of livelihoods as per the September 2017 HRP update as well as the organizations expertise in different sectors. The phase 4 of the joint response overall objective is to alleviate human suffering thanks to the implementation of effective and efficient humanitarian actions by CARJR4 partners.  It mostly aims at providing life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable persons; prevent, alleviate and respond to protection risks and contribute to Grand Bargain objectives.
